New mom visits are available free of charge to help you prepare for the birth of your child. During these visits you will be able to: Meet one on one with our physicians. Get a tour of the office. Have all of your questions answered. Call our office to schedule an appointment. After-hours Emergencies If your child has a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.Phone calls for urgent after-hours concerns are routed through the answering service. The on-call physician is available after hours and on weekends and holidays. Urgent illnesses and injuries may be seen in the office on Saturday mornings. Please do not go to the hospital emergency room before calling us, unless your child has an emergency. Well Child Visits Please schedule well child visits well in advance. Well child visits are recommended beginning 3-4 days age, then at 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12 15, 18, 24 and 30 months. After age 3, visits are recommended yearly with a pre-kindergarten visit at age 4 or 5, which includes vision and hearing screening and immunization updates. Checkups are generally recommended once every year. Children and teens playing school sports require a yearly physical. You are responsible for bringing any forms or paperwork with you for completion. Please check with your insurance company for the schedule in which well visits are reimbursed.Medication Refills For ADD/ADHD and routine medication refills, our medication refill policy is to call the office and leave the patient's name, date of birth and medication. Calls received will be ready after 48 hours.
Online Prescription Refill Request Cancellations If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us 24-hour notice.
